Quick Update

Marie is now 31 weeks pregnant and doing great, though she is now home on bedrest (which basically means staying home as much as possible, resting a lot, and not doing too much.)  I mistakenly thought it meant lying down in bed 24 hours a day.  Apparently not.

I tackled my first ever consignment sale yesterday.  Volunteered at the Northern Virginia Mothers of Multiples semi-annual sale, then was assigned two personal shoppers.  I came home with two trash bags full of infant toys and clothes.  Marie was a little scared, but reports I did well.  In fact, the girls now have more clothing than Marie; not an easy feat!

However, we now have more clothes for newborns and 0-6 months than we can probably use.  We will be focusing on 6-12 month clothing next, and will update our registries soon to reflect this need.

We Have Some News....

When we last left you, we had just gotten married.  April 3, 2009.  We had a terrific day celebrating our marriage and spending time with so many close friends and family.  Much has happened since then, but the biggest news is this:

We're having a baby.  Well, babies to be exact.  Two of them.  Girls. And technically, Marie is having them.  I'm just more or less waiting around for them to get here.
